IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE with PACKAGING EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE

FULL TIME POSITION $80K BASE

with expected $135-165K Total Compensation in Year One

OVERVIEW

Our client is in the packaging industry and manufactures equipment for labeling, coding, and printing relevant information including expiration dates, QR codes, and barcodes on packaging. You would be an Account Manager/Sales Engineer working with world class manufacturers. You will be working with a manager who helps you develop the most successful strategies for the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will align product strengths to maximize customers’ print quality, uptime, and efficiencies.
• Understand company’s value proposition and customer needs
• Successfully negotiate contracts and positive outcomes
• Perform market research to understand trends and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenues.
• Build relationships based value that will allow for retention of customers
• Business development including product demonstrations, cold calling, and generating quotes.
• Value of coding and marking products and services

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in outside sales of industrial capital equipment into manufacturing facilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with product demonstrations

COMPENSATION

• Base salary plus commissions
