Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Education requirements may be substituted with advanced years of progressive Managerial and/or Executive experience working in a commercial printing environment.
- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in print sales, business development, business management and marketing preferred
- Proven C-level selling experience
- Personal skills must include— Planning & Organization/Work Management, Analysis/Problem Assessment, Individual leadership & Influencing, interpersonal relationship building, ability to initiate and lead, anticipate changes or needs, set new priorities, follow through and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills, oral and written communications in English
- Able to travel domestically
