What You Will Do?

• Performing high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. This includes taking test-drives and thorough walk-around videos.

• Assisting clients from A-Z through both the purchase and delivery process. Ensuring the customer feels comfortable with their choice. High customer satisfaction is a must.

• Completing all necessary forms and paperwork.

• Continuously developing luxury brand knowledge. Understanding different package offerings and how they benefit the client.

• Contacting and following up with leads consistently through a CRM system.

• Encouraging additional warranties/coverage. Understanding what each program covers.

What Do You Need?

• Valid driver’s license in good standing

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work weekends/flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indianapolis, IN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Lead Generators & Telemarketers: 1 year (Preferred)
