The program consist of upgrading appliances if needed, repairing the electrical panel and qualifying the home for a solar conversion all at no cost to the home owner. The challenge pertaining to this position is only 30% of 100% qualify for renewable power incentives. Verbal challenges include, fatigue from heat or cold while communicating to the homeowner. Not having the ability to work independently due to personal obligations. Not having 30 days of clothes to wear allowing the specialist to be comfortable at reading electric meters.

This role requires the Direct To Home Solar Sales Agent to utiliize tools that are provided for those who are challenged when assisting customers. Training is provided to all Specialist whom choose to deliver the reports directly to the homeowner or a territory specialist will be assigned to your area to deliver reports to the homeowner. This role can also be performed from home if the Direct To Home Solar Sales Agent is capable of producing within their independent network. Direct to Home agents are provided a tablet for 1 week if you do not have a tablet to complete the survey process. $100 a day during is provided for agents who follow a list of homes needed for surveying or energy efficient upgrades. Must have the ability to work independently.

****Please Read**** You must send a report, email departments regarding permitting, installation. Follow up with the homeowner on the activity. Each account that has pass the pre qualification stage you are compensated $100.00 - Bonus are based on installation $500 - $1000. You are required to work in 8 accounts in processing monthly. Licensed Agents receive a 30% increase based on the successful management of accounts. This field allows you to grow and work in a non competitive environment while earning over 60K during the 1st year in the renewable power industry. Second year earnings exceed 80K.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
