CL Campbell has been in business for over 23 years. We are a local A+ rated construction company that specializes in full replacement of roofing, siding, gutters, etc. We strive to provide high quality service and products to our customers and are growing fast as a result. We service most of Western/Central Illinois and are moving into the St. Louis, MO area this year.

About the Position…

This is a sales position where representatives will perform inspections of the customers’ property, present products and services offered by CL Campbell, and attempt to have the customer sign-up while they are in the home. There will be leads provided by the office, however, representatives are expected to do prospecting of their own either through door knocking, phone canvassing, or other means of prospecting.

Representatives are expected to attend sales meetings regularly throughout the year to keep up on trainings and product information. Avg. 2 meetings per week. No overnight travel required, Mon-Fri, optional Saturday appointments.You will be home every night.

This is a commission only position! Once training is finished, you will only be paid for what you sell.

There are further requirements that will be discussed during the interview process or during trainings.

We are expecting to hire 4-6 Representatives to focus on the Western portion of Illinois into St. Louis area.

Job Requirements:

- Have 1* Year Experience in Sales or 3 *years’ experience as Food Server or Customer Service

- Must have HS Diploma or GED

- Must be a US Citizen

- Must have a valid drivers license and must own reliable transportation

- Must pass background check

- Be available to work 45 hours per week on average. More during spring/summer. Less during winter.

- Have working mobile phone w/ ability to download apps and take photos

- Have Ipad w/ cellular service (Office has program to supply if needed)

- Have Ladder and ability to transport *Telescopic ladders can fit into the trunk of a small car

(Office has program to supply if needed)

- Have Tape Measure and Measure Wheel (Office has program to supply if needed)

Job Duties:

- Attend up to 3 meetings per week at the office

- Consistently better your understanding of the sales process and products we offer

- Perform all paperwork requirements on every job

- Must be willing to drive up to 2 hours to an appointment (Office takes representative

location into account when scheduling appointments, avg 30-40 min drive)

- Arrive to appointments on time and perform the entire process with all customers

- Report to Sales Manager daily

- Walk on roofs that are classified as “walkable”

- Perform thorough inspections with plenty of photos

- Measure roofing, siding, gutters, etc. accurately

- Present company and products offered to customers in their home

- Sign-up customers the same day of the appointment

- Keep closing average above 35%. Assessed quarterly.

- Correspond with all managers on job information and other issues

- Represent the company well and be professional

- Dress in clean, casual attire with collared shirts. (CL Campbell Logo’d attire will be provided shortly after training is complete)

- Learn and use CRM System to input all documents and job correspondence daily

Job Benefits/Pay:

- Independent Contractor / 1099 (No taxes taken out of check)

- Training Pay - $500.00/week (Training is 4 weeks)
