Responsibilities and Duties:

• Qualify and convert leads into successful real estate transactions
• Full access to our CRM system to help you nurture leads, allow for drip campaigns
• Provide concierge service to clients on the sale or purchase of their home
• Host Open Houses to generate Buyer leads helping to grow your business

• In-house mortgage lender and real estate lawyer to allow for smooth transactions

Requirements:

Illinois Real Estate Broker License

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Independent Contractor

Commission Income: $50K - $400K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $101,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lake Bluff, IL 60044: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
