Full description of the position

Summary

Seeking counter salesperson to add on to our current team at Wholesale Tool. The ideal candidate will possess some product knowledge of tools and a willingness to learn and cross train in warehouse & shipping work when needed.

Duties
Greet and help customers with their purchases.
Answer phones and help customers with their orders.
Merchandise and restock showroom floor.
Call and follow up with customers.
Help provide quotes to customers.
Follow up on purchase orders.
Other projects as needed.

Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Good computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Good organization skills
High energy self starter
Must be a team player.
Must be able to adapt to fill in with other duties as needed.
Knowledge of tools and supplies used in construction and etc. is preferred

Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturdays are optional, Overtime is optional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.50 per hour
