At Pier 70, a mixed-use project of ground-up buildings at and rehabbed historic structures covering 28-acres has begun by developer Forest City Realty Trust. At San Francisco State University, a $120 million student housing project is in the works to create 170 apartment-style units offering 560 beds. And these projects are just the beginning - the Moscone Convention Center is expanding, and tons of developers are mapping out ambitious home and infrastructure build plans around the city. The city is booming!
