BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Hiring highly motivated hunters - dynamic, successful senior sales professionals with a proven track record in software solution/consulting sales. This is a key position that offers a chance to work independently as well as with a team in a highly networked environment, with great levels of freedom and autonomy.


RESPONSIBILITIES: The Business Development Manager operates in a hunter mode, prospecting for new business in a targeted geographic area or vertical segment. Will establish and manage long-term relationships with large corporations and hold overall possibility for the accounts. Will sell multi-million dollar software solutions to complex business problems. Cold calling and travel is essential.

BACKGROUND: Candidates must have a proven track record of 4 to 7 years in sales of software services to apply. All other will be rejected. Specific success in large sized solution sales to C level executives using a consultative approach is necessary. Requires negotiation skills, ability to manage long sales cycles and interfacing with people in multiple time zones.
