New Business Development Manager
Rhine Machining & Fabricating, Inc. is a full-service machine shop with capabilities in CNC and Manual operations - both turning and milling.
The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and landing new business to maximize our strategic growth is the core of this role. To succeed you will need to identify potential prospects, arrange meetings and define requests which will feed into an estimate/proposal to land those new customers. Continued success will include nurturing those customers and relationships to foster growth in our business. This position is on-site.
You will be part of a team that provides unparalleled customer service working with manufacturers and service providers, from agricultural to medical, going the extra mile no matter the part. We excel at delivering manufactured parts to meet our customer requirements by leveraging our decades of industry knowledge.
Successful candidates will be a graduate from a certified technical school/college with a degree in machining, engineering or familiarity with the machining process combined with experience selling or providing technical sales knowledge to manufacturers or distributors. Your ability to read prints and assess how Rhine would produce the part will support working with the rest of the Rhine team. You will use Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook in the course of your workday. Some travel will be required.
