Position Overview

This position is part of the Sales Department and will work closely with the Customer Support and OEM Sales teams. This position offers a clear path for more responsibility and advancement within the Sales Department for the right person who exhibits superior phone skills, is able to learn our products technically, and demonstrates the ability to provide great customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will be trained to become technically proficient with our products and equipped to answer customer questions regarding their orders and their account. You will be involved in managing the entire customer experience by ensuring all their needs and requirements are met quickly and accurately. You will also work closely with the sales teams, handling assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Sales
    • Assist the sales teams with a variety of tasks geared toward getting our customers what they need quickly and accurately
    • Gain a basic technical understanding of all products in order to help direct customers to the appropriate product for their application
    • Communicate with customers on the phone, in email and via online chat to assist in product selection, order inquiries, payments and collections
    • Be able to communicate customer requirements effectively to the Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping Departments
  • Customer Service
    • Enter customer orders, as needed
    • Support the Customer Service team to help resolve order issues directly with the customer
    • Expedite customer orders, as needed
    • Assist in answering incoming calls and either help the customer or route the call appropriately after clarifying the reason for the customer’s call


  • 3-5 years of B-to-B Customer Service experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and retain technical concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, attention to detail, and accuracy a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving & process improvement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
