Position Summary

Our Regional Sales Representatives sell new customers in new markets. They prospect using trade shows, emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, and involvement with local apartment associations. We offer a full-time W-2 position with a competitive base salary and unlimited monthly commissions, as well as expense and mileage reimbursement, a flow of qualified leads, highly subsidized medical insurance, PTO, and 401(k).

Our sales team closes an average of 36% of identified sales opportunities, and there are many more opportunities in the market than we can pursue. Our compensation plan encourages opening new accounts, so this job fits a sales professional who loves to prospect, rather than someone who prefers to nurture and attend to existing relationships. Our self-serve website and our excellent customer service team handle most routine account management, so you are free to hunt for new customers.


Position Goals

  • Provide a fast, easy, affordable solution to the problem of apartments with ugly kitchens.
  • Help apartment owners increase occupancy, rents, and operating income.
  • Identify 20 new sales opportunities each month and record them in Salesforce.
  • Close 40% of identified opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.


Essential Job Functions

  • Engage and develop relationships with potential Qwikkit customers to introduce them to our products.
  • Help the company achieve the goal of selling 3 million doors and fronts in 2023.
  • Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track and maintain all customer information and grow customer base in target markets.
  • Work the sales pipeline to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Achieve $750k in revenue in your first 12 months
  • Train accounts on the Qwikkit offerings, and be self sufficient for their routine needs.
  • Forecast units ordered within 5% of actual monthly results.
  • Secure in-person sales meetings with potential customers.


Required Qualifications

· Proven ability to convert sales opportunities to closed sales

· 1-2 years of proven success in a quota-driven role

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Ability to manage time effectively and follow up on new leads within 24 hours

· Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate product information to new customers in person and over the phone

· Experience working with a CRM

· Strong phone presence with the ability to move the sales process forward
