B2B Sales of software and services to mortgage lenders:
Optimize Compliance Solutions provides tools to streamline components of the compliance and hiring function for mortgage lenders, including educational compliance and compliance tracking. For 15 years, we have enabled mortgage lenders to focus on their core business by resolving pain points in compliance processes.
The success of our SaaS platform and key, innovative products, has led to growth. We are experiencing a high sales success ratio and low sales cycle once we demo a potential client. The training connected to our software and services is legally mandated on a yearly basis. Clients stay with us for many years and you gain recurring revenue, meaning you will build more each year.
We need sales representatives who will conduct a strong calling effort to lenders to obtain the introductory demo meetings and then follow through with the sales process to close new clients.

Responsibilities
- Establish new long-term relationships with mortgage companies over the phone, remotely in a full-time sales position.
- Keep calling activity updated and use the communications and processing tools we support. We will provide leads but not clients.
- There will be some referrals and inbound calls, but the majority of your business will be based on recurring revenue from corporate relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in business-to-business sales
- Excellent communication skills and perfect American English
- College degree
- Key plusses (not required): experience in mortgage vendor sales or software sales and relationships with mortgage lender compliance managers, hiring managers or executives.
Pay and Flexibility
- Work from anywhere as long as you can conform to United States timezones
- There will be an initial ramp-up period of 3 to 6 months where your initial success will vary depending on outbound contacts and conversions.
- Client revenue is continuous, so your portfolio and pay builds yearly. Excluding the ramp-up period, a rep should make a 1 year pay of $40,000 to $60,000. Experienced reps made over $90,000 last year.
