JOB DESCRIPTION
Hughes Environmental, a national leader in providing ceiling and rafter cleaning, dry ice blasting, commercial air duct cleaning and facility cleaning services in manufacturing facilities across the U.S. seeks a high-energy sales professional for its Regional Account Manager position. The Regional Account Manager will sell Hughes Environmental's services to manufacturing facilities across assigned Midwest and Mid-Atlantic territories. Candidates for these exciting sales positions should live within 90 miles of the following locations: Charlotte, North Carolina; Greenville, South Carolina; Kansas City, Missouri; Omaha, Nebraska and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Roles and responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager position include the following:
Demonstrates a commitment to maximizing sales in region by growing current client base through renewals of current contracts, hunting for new business and closing sales, cross-selling services and maintaining relationships
Aggressively builds new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities necessary for developing a health sales pipeline
Make presentations to clients, facility management groups and other organizations to provide education regarding codes, and to promote Hughes Environmental; represents Hughes Environmental at trade shows and conferences
Maintain the company's contact management database, complete weekly sales reports and meet with management on a regular basis to ensure performance, strategy and results
Travel to meet with prospective clients as needed, as well as attend company meetings as required
Takes steps to ensure client satisfaction is maximized
Requirements of the position are as follows:
Some college coursework, Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience selling to industrial facilities
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and customer service skills
Some experience with CRM software
Proficient with Microsoft Word
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be 21 years of age
Ability to travel
