Commercial Development – Sales Representative – Outside/Territory Sales

Experience in construction, home improvement, flooring and/or restoration is a plus but not a requirement.


In this role, you will work with businesses to determine the correct commercial improvement products and applications for specific projects. You will continually prospects for new and viable opportunities while developing a key awareness of what is happening within the market’s geographic area.


What YOU provide:

  • 1-3 years of Sales Experience (residential and/or B2B/Commercial)
  • A hunger to be successful and a background in sales that supports it
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with various levels of management
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter as well as a work in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and create interim solutions until permanent tool/process are in place
  • Flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate
  • Excellent lead generative methods
  • Polished presentation and rapport building skills

In this role YOU will:

  • Takes proactive action to increased sales performance to achieve commercial building improvement sales objectives.
  • Contacts and cultivates relationships with local representatives of National Accounts in various industries to drive B2B commercial improvement sales.
  • Use a consultative approach; increase customer’s awareness of choice as well as competitive advantage over other providers; provide customer with pricing and effectively complete the sale.
  • Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
  • Relevant reporting to local, regional, and national sales management on field activities
