Job Overview

We’re looking for a regionally based, experienced sales professional to join our team to help achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within a regionally assigned market segment. As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll proactively establish, develop and maintain effective business relationships with prospective customers, to generate new business for iCIMS’ product suite.

This is a remote position.

  • Targets companies within the Enterprise Growth segment (1,000-5,000 EEs)
  • Drives new business within assigned territory.
  • Builds and manages 3X pipeline/reporting and monthly sales forecasting.
  • Builds sales funnels through individual prospecting efforts including but not limited to client referrals, regional networking, webinars and cold calling.
  • Sells a full suite of iCIMS portfolio solutions dependent on customer’s maturity and specific needs based on thorough discovery and existing technology landscape.
  • Presents and positions iCIMS’ products/services to prospective customers via remote or on-site visits. Represents the iCIMS organization with professionalism and integrity.
  • Works internally to align appropriate team sell-approach with Client Partners, Solutions Advisors, Legal, InfoSec, Profesional Services, and C suite.
  • Follows well-defined sales methodology to ensure prospects are a good fit for iCIMS’ long term.
  • Effectively manages complex deal cycles from end to end with the ability to interact with multiple departments and levels within a client organization, up to and including senior leadership and C-suite.
  • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS’ core competencies, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes initiative when appropriate


3+ years of direct sales in Saas and prospecting experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook


  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, SalesLoft and Gong
  • Experience with 360-degree selling methodology
  • Experience in HCM / Software-as-a-Service/ Technology industry

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $132,000 - $176,000

Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
