PMAM Corporation, a Dallas based company celebrating 21 years of success in technology, serving 400+ clients are looking for Sales manager to join our growing sales team to sell our technology solutions and services in many verticals in private and public sector.

The responsibilities of this position will primarily be focused on developing new business through consultative selling to decision makers through heavy prospecting in acquiring new logos and cross sell in existing accounts, a hunter type sales personality is a perfect fit.

Job description

· Generate leads through cold calling, or any other means.

· Present only qualified leads to VP of sales for demos.

· Timely follow up of all leads and advancing leads through selling process to close.

· Have the ability to quickly learn technology solutions and bring successful past sales methodologies.

· Must have great communication skills to articulate competitive differences and our value proposition.

· Collaborate with sales team members to enhance the sales process.

  • Maintain regular check-ins with Director of Professional Services and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
  • Facilitateproper execution of transactions between sales and customer promptly, accurately and with consistent information, meeting quality metrics and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications:

· At least 2+ years of experience in sales.

· Preferred to have prior IT service selling experience.

· A hunter type salesperson with demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition is a plus.

· Must be process driven sales individual.

  • Ability to effectively convey complicated technical solutions in an easy-to-understand way while emphasizing positive, future-oriented perspectives.
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to appropriately apply technical concepts to individual customer needs.
  • Highly adaptable to changes in business direction, services, and needs from a potential prospect or current client.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills; self-starter.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity; good judgment.
  • Superior work ethic and high energy level.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Adept in selling High dollar value SaaS/ enterprise solutions at CXO level.
  • A hustler who thrives in a high growth environment and has consistently overachieved targets.
