Join Ciber and expand and grow your career through growing Ciber’s footprint in IT Consultancy and Staffing Services. You will be driving sales revenue through individual staff augmentation and project SOW services.  

  • Drive revenue and increase headcount billing through Sales and Account Management for business lines within this identified customer.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of business leads and cultivate client's trust.
  • Target C-Level, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, VP/Director level IT contacts, existing staff and consultants and HR for business leads.
  • Establish a go to market strategy to identify and qualify client's IT needs.
  • Present qualified resources and/or solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Represent Ciber in the local IT business community.
  • Partner with Ciber's Talent Management recruiting team to identify, qualify and hire to fulfill and exceed client expectations.

Desired  Experience:

  • Previous experience holding similar sales titles such as Account Partner, National Accounts Manager, Sales Executive, IT Staffing Sales Rep, Solutions Seller, Regional Sales Manager or similar.
  • Strong sales mentality with a proven track record of growing, managing, and maintaining a book of IT Staffing business.
  • Highly knowledgeable of emerging technology and IT Staff trends.
  • Solid local Orlando network of qualified IT buyers.  
  • Strong listening and interpreting skills to properly qualify client requirements.
  • Ability to negotiate rates, strong understanding of the IT market as it relates to rate cards.
  • Previous experience selling and prospecting to customers in the telecom industry.
  • Ability to drive sales and recruitment results against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the company.
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate of Sales Business School or demonstrated work history equivalency .
  • Excellent presentation, organization, multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication are mandatory.
  • Highly organized and Proficient with internet browsers with the use of Microsoft Office 2003-2010 products and CRM programs to manage the data flow for booking, tracking and prospecting business.
  • Customer-satisfaction-driven, self-sufficient, and dependable.
  • Able to effectively converse with all contact levels within an organization from Junior to C-level.
  • Effective team player, quick learner, and self-motivated a must in order to drive a collaborative and successful line of Staffing business.
