The Role

Work Location is flexible. Will be based out of a Lumen office. 
The Senior Lead International Sales Enablement role will be focused developing and owning an effective model to enable and grow our international sales within the company in order to grow revenue internationally.  This includes working collaboratively with Sales, marketing, IT, operations, executive stakeholders and Finance.  Responsibilities will include owning the Global Sales Program, financial data analysis, understanding our international sellers experience and driving improvement to productivity. 

The Main Responsibilities

•    Driving international Sales through collaboration and alignment with our Sales teams and global partners and holding those teams accountable to hit targets
•    Design and implement iterative changes to ensure effectiveness of global sales program and global sales operations
•    Driving improvements to our seller's experience and business processes through tools and process enhancements
•    Monthly tracking and reporting progress of international sales against targets
•    Providing executive read outs of progress of International selling, seller experience improvements and global sales operations 
•    Programmatic improvement and input into sales operations, including policy, procedures and governance

What We Look For in a Candidate

Understanding of sales behavior in order to drive adoption to International selling; strong financial and data analytical skills; success in identifying trends within the data in order to make data driven decisions on next best actions; experience with executive presentations; experience in collaboration, relationship building, and stakeholdering; experience with execution. Possesses strong execution skills in order to drive the improvements and accountability for success of our goals; autonomous working environment while driving to outcomes. Understanding of sales operations program, including account assignment, segmentation and
•    5-7 years of direct sales experience or sales support role with experience in team management preferred.
•    Exceptional communication skills, executive presentation skills, self-starter, problem solver and a team player mindset.
Bachelors or Equivalent in Business or Marketing

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
