JOB DESCRIPTION

Work from home - Immediate Need – we are closing nearly 100% of deals right now but need outreach to a large number of clients.   Our innovation over the past year is yielding excellent results, but we are a couple of inside, remote, sales representatives and need to take advantage of this opportunity.
 

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new long-term relationships with companies over the phone in a full-time sales position.
  • Keeping calling activity updated and using the communications and processing tools we support. We will provide leads but not clients. There will be an initial ramp-up period of 3 to 6 months where your initial success will depend on the intensity of your calling effort.
  • There will be some referrals and inbound calls, but the majority of your business will be based on recurring revenue from corporate relationships.

 

Requirements

  • Ability to work efficiently and without distraction from home
  • Relationship sales and service technique. Our culture is based around nurturing leads and not haggling for one-time sales.
  • Outstanding phone and email communication skills.
  • Not required, but mortgage experience helpful

 

Compensation

Representatives last year earned between $40,000 and $120,000 per year after Salary, Commission and Bonuses. Ramp up period is 3-6 months. To get to the high end of the range could take multiple years.

  • Salary: Min with potential draw based on early demonstrated results
  • Commission: 15%
  • Bonuses: based on achieving Sales Goals
