We’re looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Management Career Path Program.  In this program, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12-24 months.

In the Management Career Path Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands on experience.  Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into any potential management opportunity. Examples of management opportunities are: Partner, Consultant, Training Manager, Development Manager, Sales Desk, Marketing Director, Cultural Management Positions and many more.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Complete 1-2 years of Company Sales Goals.

Preferred:

  • Life and Health License
  • FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
  • Previous sales experience
