JOB DESCRIPTION

A leading manufacturer in the Cleveland area is looking for high energy, ambitious individuals to join our Sales Team.

We are offering the opportunity to work with our best-in-class sales team while being provided with a foundation of administrative and back-office support. You will gain product knowledge and sell our market leading products to the Automotive and Medical PPE industries.

Positions available for those who will be entering B2B sales for the first time, and for those who have experience that are early in their careers looking to accelerate their growth.

 

Job Description

  • We will teach you about our products, markets and selling techniques
  • Work in an office environment with potential to travel up to 30-40% of the time throughout Ohio and surrounding states to develop new business and to meet with suppliers and customers.
  • You will be given clear sales goals with detail around daily, weekly, and monthly activity that will help you achieve your targets
  • 100% B2B (Business-to-Business)
  • Development in Training, Sales and Customer Service
  • Gain understanding of our products and how to pitch them to customers.

  • Relationship building understanding the critical role this plays in business development and selling processes.
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels within our organization.

Compensation

  • Guaranteed Base salary, plus commissions
