Solupay is the leading integrated accounts receivable software and payment processing platform, primarily focused on B2B merchants. Solupay provides native integrations into ISV partners including cloud ERP vendors such as NetSuite, Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics.  These ERP integrations allow for native payment processing within the ERP system. 

Our Sales team is friendly, upbeat and energetic. You’ll hear friends catching up with each other at our weekly meetings before we dive into discussion of goals and progress. We are looking for someone who will value that culture and fit right in.  

What You’ll Be Doing: 

As one of our Sales Representatives, reporting to the Director of B2B Solutions, you will be responsible for the below:

  • Acquisition of new customers by reaching out to assigned leads and leading virtual presentations
  • Research of prospective client’s individual and business purchase needs
  • Educating and guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey to a solution they will love
  • Coordination with the implementation team to ensure utmost customer satisfaction
  • Market research and diligent monitoring of competitor activities
  • Responses to customer inquiries and resolutions of complaints
  • Aligning with management on sales tactics, plans and goals
  • Adjustment of sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  • Clear documentation of customer contact and account updates in Salesforce CRM
