JOB DESCRIPTION

A world leader in the manufacturing, design and selling of high-performance composites materials for use in diverse industrial applications in the aerospace, flexible packaging, screen printing, textiles, rubber and polymer manufacturing, food processing, as well as many others. This position has responsibility for direct sales and business development of a broad range of industrial products in the given territory.

To better serve our customers, AFC has restructured the sales department to work together as a Customer Success Team. This job requires a unique individual with high energy, who is self-motivated along with a demonstrated track record of success who can work together with an inside team member to best serve our customers' needs. The overall goal of this position is to maintain, create and secure new sales opportunities. Key measures of the team's performance are sales vs. set targets, relationship building, new sales development and prospecting. The territory covers the Western U.S. and Canada, including the states of California, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.

Requirements:

· Must live in the territory and be able to work remotely from home.

· Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or new business development experience managing a sales territory.

· Experience as a true hunter of sales with a passion for helping customers be successful

· Prior experience in industrial sales for manufacturer or distributor, preferred

· Able to travel 60% of the time to customers, AFC headquarters in Illinois, and trade shows, both domestically and internationally.
