Inside Sales Manager at Offensive Security

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team responsible for quota attainment.  We run a monthly goal driven, high velocity business.  This individual will lead and help build a world class sales team while contributing to the definition and implementation of corporate and revenue objectives.

Holmdel, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings and productivity targets.
  • Manage Inside Sales Reps to achieve individual and team quotas
  • Coach, develop, and mentor ISRs to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management. Must commit and take responsibility for accuracy of the achievement of the sales forecast.
  • Coordinate and manage one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
  • Ability to attract, hire and train new sales representatives
  • Be a change agent within the organization with the creativity to offer new ideas
  • Help define new models and processes to grow business

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 2+ years of high performance Inside Sales Management experience
  • 6+ years of on-quota, B2B sales experience in a highly competitive market
  • Metrics driven sales leader with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Excel required
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable business results goals in a high transaction Sales environment. Must demonstrate history of quantifiable success.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment
  • Four year university/college degree required
  • Knowledge/experience selling training, elearning, or learning management systems a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in our Bell Works office in Holmdel, NJ
