The Corporate Catering Sales Manager will sell catering services to corporate accounts by generating, soliciting and following up with leads. Previous experience in startup/tech/finance/events world is a huge plus. The ideal candidate is a customer service savvy, sales driven person with a passion for healthy eating. The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, lead generation (inreach and outreach). 

He or she must stay current on key competitors by staying on top of trends and “shopping” competitors to compare catering services and sales trends. 


Degree from an accredited 4-year College or University preferred; a major in sales, marketing, business, and/or communications preferred, but not required
2 or more years of previous sales experience required
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary and work independently
Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
Must possess a passion for healthy eating and be familiar with different diet types.

Enjoys working within a team
Strong time management skills and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of CRMs. Knowledge of Apollo CRM preferred.


Responsible for selling catering packages to corporate accounts
Solicit, negotiate and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, referrals, trade shows, sales missions, internet prospecting, etc). Prompt and competent follow-up on leads/referrals
Manage CRM database
Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals
Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current clients
Meet weekly, monthly and/or quarterly sales quotas
