  • Operate within a large Region with a proven track record of obtaining new business through developing and executing strategies to win new accounts

  • Motivated and energized by prospecting and new business daily.  

  • Experienced hunter type with much success in selling business oriented solutions

  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to identify hot buttons and overcome objections through a consultative selling approach.

  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, quota driven environment


What you’d do every day:

  • Own the sales process from defining the strategy to prospecting to closing by promoting Lifetouch programs, products and/or services to new accounts within the assigned region to achieve sales goals.  

  • Make sales calls to a wide variety of prospects; which may include district officials, school principals, parent/teacher organizations, yearbook advisors, student groups, coaches, athletic directors or league sports administrators.   

  • Lead. train and collaborate closely with our Regional Sales Directors, Territory Managers and home office leaders and other key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications To Be Considered

  • Education:: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience:  7+ years of outside sales experience, selling solutions oriented services.
  • Demonstrated Sales Tenacity shown by long term sales employment history.
  • Strategic Planning in implementing, managing and executing business development plans
  • Results-focused with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving growth
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
  • Valid driver’s license as well as reliable, insured and registered transportation. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with state law
  • Ability to travel via car and air up to 60%  within the assigned region (Some seasons may involve more travel time and others less.
