JOB DESCRIPTION

Megger is a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of advanced test and measuring instruments for electrical power applications.  We currently have a career opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager for the northeast region of the U.S.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Implement the strategies and plans necessary to achieve the targeted sales and profit results.
  • Establish and maintain important relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct periodic product/market/customer analysis to provide the necessary guidance and direction to achieve maximum market share.
  • Participate in a variety of industry events, including trade shows, conferences, product seminars, etc.
  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of a relevant customer contact database.
  • Ensure proper implementation of marketing programs, product promotions, and new product launches.  Facilitate the development and maintenance of a relevant customer contact database.
  • Requires five years of sales management experience and sales experience in electrical utility and industrial markets.
  • BSEE preferred.
  • 50% travel required.
  • Candidate must reside in a location with reasonable access to a major airport.
