Accountabilities Summary: The USGreentech Regional Landscape & Recreational Consultant is accountable for developing a sustainable business environment by creating and fostering long lasting relationships with clients, designers, distributors, and other key influencers throughout the Central US region, including but not limited to Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, etc.

Specific accountabilities are:
Direct an overall incredible experience for client from product consulting through delivery.
Identify prospective distributors and become a trusted advisor to owners, designers (architects, engineers, and landscape architects) and contractors.
Develop genuine relationships with distributors to positively influence the relationship.
Integral part of new product development by understanding developing industry trends, customer desires and market forces.
Expand upon USGreentechs thought leadership within the industry.
Achieve mutually agreed upon USGreentech strategic goals.

Key Activities:
Promote USGreentech Core Values in all interactions (internal and external) and embody USGreentech Mission and Vision Statements.
Direct and participate as lead role in client interaction on product sales.
Actively utilize CRM to track leads, interactions and opportunities.
Continually develop technical product and system knowledge and be viewed as an expert in synthetic turf systems and industry products.
Promote USGreentechs thought leadership by speaking and attending industry trade shows, conferences, USGreentech-led webinars, etc.
Participate in regularly-scheduled strategic huddles to further position USGreentech ahead of competition with product offerings and support.
Effectively transfer timely and accurate information to logistics to ensure a seamless product delivery.
Assist National Sales Manager with market strategy and growth objectives for your territory.
Collaboration with Account Managers to identify creative ways to enhance existing distributor partnerships.

Professional Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial spirit
5+ years experience in sales and customer relationship management (preferably B2B)
Experience in facilitating meetings and organizing project activities
Bachelors degree from accredited college in a supporting field of study
Experience working remotely

Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems for prospect and customer tracking
Overnight travel required (approximately 30-40% depending on home base and time of year).
