Company is looking for a driven, developed and passionate outside sales executive with prior experience selling professional services (preference for IT Staffing and Recruiting) inside the small to medium sized commercial market. Past experience may be either direct sales, account management or recruiting IT talent/staffing.


  • Ability to work out of home office with limited travel (less than 30%).
  • Leverage your existing contacts and network to build within the local territory.
  • Uncapped commissions and no "sun-setting" of prior year sales.
  • Tenured and fast-paced recruiting and executive team.
  • Autonomy to grow your career by leveraging established strategies, tactics, internal resources and veteran leadership.


To achieve success in this position, the individual must be organized, focused and self-motivated to generate the necessary activity to accomplish set goals.

  • Minimum of four (4) years outside sales or recruiting in the IT staffing industry.
  • Professional network, both online and offline, in the commercial sector space (size ranging from 500 - 3000 employees).
  • Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possesses a highly professional demeanor
  • Possesses the knowledge and experience in tracking and managing both lagging and leading sales indicators such as events, appointments, emails, sales, etc.
  • Strong sales activity experience including (but not limited to) cold-calling, social media, networking, email campaigns and general time management skills required.



  • Generate new business through standard sales activities (cold calling, networking, etc.) as well as modern activities (social media, conferences, group meetups, trigger-based selling).
  • Secure a diversity of clients in the commercial sector, ranging from 300 to 5000 employees.
  • Network and build relationships with Managers and Directors within the IT and Talent Acquisition areas.
  • Develop a strong and diverse set of business development strategies from sourcing leads, engaging contacts, and closing deals.


  • Maintain or exceed the necessary number of job reqs on weekly and monthly basis to ensure monthly and annual placement targets are achieved.
  • Maintain or exceed the necessary number of candidate placements on weekly and monthly basis to ensure monthly and annual earnings targets are achieved.
  • Penetrate inside the account by making regular monthly calls and getting referred to other key contacts within the account.


  • Work independently to achieve short and long term goals through strategic planning, initiative and ability to organize time/efforts.
  • Execute strong time management and communication to ensure that goals are met and challenges are addressed.
  • Track and record all weekly and monthly sales activities to ensure that momentum is gained and progress is seen.
  • Work closely with the Vice President Sales and recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our consultants according to the client’s needs.
