We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer who has experience selling Vacuum Pumps and Compressors and has had sales success in competitive markets where your products were not always the least expensive. On a career level, you have a tremendous desire to succeed and want to have a dramatic impact on your customers in a successful, established business.

Here’s what we are looking for:

A successful salesperson who has outside sales experience and excels at Managing & Growing existing accounts while also finding and closing new business.  You must be skilled at reaching OEM, reseller, and end user customers and prospects on the phone and turning phone calls into face-to-face meetings and orders.

The candidate we’re looking for must have prior success selling to Decision Makers like Engineering Managers and Plant & Operations Managers in highly competitive markets. You must be able to listen to prospects and determine the best solutions for their needs. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be driven to to succeed. You must have consistently met or exceeded sales goals (and can document your success).

You must be a hard-working, assertive, self-starter with the desire to earn more than your current income. You must have at least 5 years of demonstrable sales success. You must be customer focused, as well as an account business builder and business development “hunter.” You must have experience working remotely from your own home office in Michigan and be willing to travel 5 to 10 days per month.
