The Senior Director of National Accounts will drive strategic leadership across the US market to achieve profitable sales growth and market share, with a special emphasis on club, retail, C & G, and food service.


  • Establish multi-level account relationships to build value propositions and strategic alignment with key retail customers.
  • Develop annual business plan for national accounts and deliver or exceed planned volume and pricing objectives.
  • Thoroughly understand competitive dynamics at current and prospective accounts to win new customer and product distribution campaigns.
  • Analyze, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
  • Lead and coordinate all necessary customer communication to establish sales and service expectations and resolve issues.
  • Anticipate supply imbalances to manage service level impacts and incremental volume activities necessary to balance.
  • Participate in the development of new product proposals and preparation of the business case.
  • Communicate customer information and sales activities to team members to enable all necessary team coordination and administration. 



  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years sales management experience in the grocery/consumer packaged goods industry with a record for repeatedly beating revenue or sales objectives.
  • Experience managing headquarter calls at national customers
  • Experience managing private label brands.
  • Experience managing brokers to achieve customer objectives.

Experience in Agricultural / Dairy Industry and/or Organic & Natural Foods helpful.
