New Business Sales Executive ConexSys, a division of Custom Computer Specialists, Inc., is seeking an individual for a full-time business development sales position based in Lincoln, RI. Our product line and market focus are well-defined; we create, sell, and support HI-IQ, the leading software suite for interventional radiology. Our business is focused on growth, and we are looking for a new business sales executive with a proven track-record of increasing market share. This individual will haveexperience identifying prospects, developing compelling value propositions to gain traction in prospects, and selling capital purchases to hospitals. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate that they can help us grow our pipeline and increase our win ratio. PRIORITIES: Penetrate new accounts and develop relationships with decision-makers Illustrate the Return on Investment from our product Sell ConexSys products and services into prospective customer base Create sales forecast and achieve sales goals RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, organize and prioritize prospects Segment prospects and prepare and deliver compelling pitches to each segment Expand HI-IQ market share by identifying, cultivating and closing new deals Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Generate new leads through marketing campaigns and trade shows Work with prospects to identify needs, budgets, timelines, business benefits, technical fit and key decision makers Prepare proposals, arrange product demonstrations, track proposal status, create sales forecasts, coordinate delivery with implementation team Develop knowledge of customer accounts and understand customers needs Initiate creation and delivery of sales promotions Keep sales collateral and sales systems up-to-date and accurate Provide feedback to development team aimed at improving HI-IQ for customers Attend trade shows Occasional overnight travel to client sites within the Continental US REQUIREMENTS: Proven ability to close deals Experience selling to hospitals 2-4 years experience in a similar position Understanding of general business principles (revenues, expenses, calculation of return on investment) Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Problem analysis and problem resolution skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills Strong team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong motivation, initiative and independent work skills Working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet navigation and contact management software Superior candidates will possess some knowledge of radiology and/or general healthcare IT best-practice If you think you meet these qualifications please send us your resume; wed love to hear from you.
