This Job is at Gaffaney'sTotal Office Supplies Job Summary Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Account Developer is responsible for providing managing and developing accounts in the North Dakota area. Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities Acquire new accounts in an unlimited market Increasing market share by achieving sales and revenue production goals. Researching, identifying, and delivering profitable business opportunities with new clients through customer relationships, cold calling, client presentations, referral generation, and networking. Identifying new sales opportunities in relationship to existing product line, product development and competitor offerings. Participating in sales meetings and training programs. Maintain current account base Providing on-going communication with management on plan activity. Collaborating with other functional areas to access all available resources. Participating in sales meetings and training programs. Education & Work Experience High School degree, Bachelors degree preferred, and a minimum of two (2) years direct selling and account management experience Office product industry experience helpful; distribution selling environment helpful. Candidate must be competitive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Must be confident and trustworthy with a genuine concern to balance both the companys and the customers needs
