TravelClick has an immediate opening for a Business Intelligence Sales Specialist that will be focused on driving new sales in North America for one of TravelClick’s most strategic products, Demand360. Demand360 is a leading business intelligence tool for the hospitality industry and the only tool that provides hotels with actual future-looking competitive information empowering hotels to make smarter, data driven revenue decisions. Demand360 is a dynamic and fast growing product that is changing the way hotels manage their revenue strategies.

This role will work closely with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales (RVPs) and Director of Sales (DOS) and act as a product expert to both aid TravelClick’s field sales team in closing deals as well as sell-directly to prospects. They will be responsible for identifying high value prospect, setting appointments, demonstrating TravelClick capabilities and ultimately, closing new business.

  • Maintain expert level knowledge of TravelClick BI products from the client perspective and have ability to demo product features to show value
  • Work closely with sales team members and leaders to enable their success by setting sales plans, formulating go-to market-strategies and preparing materials, ensuring that calls are made and converted to sales
  • Identify new business opportunities individually and/or by partnering with the field sales team, including creation of ‘hunting lists’ of prospects for field sales and inside sales
  • Understand sales targets and formulate plans to ensure market by market achievement of goals. Analyze sales results daily, weekly and monthly to assess results and determine actions to overcome shortfalls.
  • Continually analyze sales pipeline to identify key opportunities and provide the necessary sales support to close key deals.
  • Coordinate development of strategies for improving sales performance including attending team calls, regional meetings and conducting training on the Demand360 platform


  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct B2B enterprise business development experience up to C-Level clients with proven performance in new customer acquisition.
  • Results oriented individual who is able to establish a rapport with sales personnel via the phone and in person to develop opportunities for revenue expansion within their accounts.
  • Self-directed; needs minimal supervision on work tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presenting to large, diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information to develop actionable strategic plans and make decisions and tradeoffs optimized to meet business demands and customer needs
  • Strong relationship skills, including the ability to listen to customers and sales reps, and effectively drive meetings with a diverse cross-functional business and technical audience
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
