Field Sales Representative

Benmatt Industries, a fast growing division of LaFrance Corp, is the leading nationwide supplier and manufacturer of car dealer identification and promotional products.  We currently have an immediate opening for a Field Sales Representative in the Northern CA area.  The territory range is San Jose, CA North to Sacramento, CA; including San Francisco & Oakland.     

The successful candidate will be responsible for account development and management of car dealership accounts within the territory.  This includes calling on existing and prospective car dealership customers and promoting our products. 

We seek candidates who have 5 plus years of car dealership experience as a sales person or have sold product to car dealers.

The candidate must be highly motivated, energetic, goal focused, creative, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.  Must possess a valid drivers’ license and provide own transportation. Will be required to work a 7 week travel cycle which will involve two weeks of overnight stay.

We are a privately owned business founded in 1946. Our headquarters are located in Concordville, Pennsylvania. Benefits include medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401K Plan, and paid time off.   Compensation includes: a base salary, commission and car allowance.
