Valli Information Systems provides a diverse array of products and services for a wide range of industries. We currently have production facilities in 3 states, Idaho, New Mexico, and Alaska. We are in the business of servicing customers who use/ or are being approached to use our billing services such as: Print and Mail of statements and invoices (utility statements, credit union statements, medical statements, property tax statements, business invoices, etc), Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (estatements and online payment portals), Lockbox services & IVR phone payments.

Position Profile: A successful candidate will have 3 or more prior years of experience in a Tele-Sales/ Tele-Marketing Role. This position requires daily outbound phone interaction with clients so excellent communication skills and previous experience in a similar environment are required. We are looking for individuals who have been previously working in a lead generation capacity and want to make the next step up in their career. Career advancement to inside/outside Independent Sales Professional Role would be the path after a 2 Year successful period. The desired individual must have the following qualifications to qualify for the position. So, if you do not have these qualifications then we ask that you please not apply for you unfortunately wont be considered.

Qualifications:

Three years or more of experience in a Tele-Sales/ Tele-Marketing Role or similar experience in a lead generation capacity.

Excellent Communication Skills, Time Management Abilities, and Professionalism.

High Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Must be self-motivated, independent and require little supervision.

Determined to Succeed Not afraid of a quota, goals or a phone.

Understanding of a sales cycle and process.
Ability to make 40 outbound calls to prospective opportunities per day.

Ability / Activities: Anything from getting an appointment with a prospect up to performing a trial close/ close over the phone.

Ability to craft letters, sales quotations, contract variables, etc.

Ability to use Sales 2.0: Social media and other new technological means to pursue / gain / retain clients.



Education/Training Required: High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree Preferred

Resident of South Western Idaho / Treasure Valley Area

Must have a valid drivers license, also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Employment Type: Fulltime with benefits package including health insurance and 401K matching.
