Job Title: Account Manager 1, Inside Sales/Events Coordinator

Duration: 9 Mons (with possible extension/possible conversion to perm)

Location: Round Rock, TX 78682

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Sells products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, enterprise solutions and service contracts.

Responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers

Functions as the primary insides sales demand generalist and provides support to the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions

May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts Work towards achievement of an overlay quota Interacts regularly with the outside sales team

Responds to customer inquiries.

Works effectively in a team environment

May require some direct selling to end user customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for a high number of small accounts Occasional involvement in outside sales with advanced Inside Sales support

Entry level sales Account Management, learning segment and product/service offerings Lower complexity sales, including PCs and packaged software

This role receives regular coaching/mentoring from more senior representatives and leader

Frequent contact with leader

Explains technical, industry, and market facts to position company as a competitive solution Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process

Some activities will include:

Help coordinate events

Drive attendance for events

Lead follow up and management in SFDC

Schedule customer meetings

Manage and deliver follow up communications to customers active team selling, opportunity for full time advancement
