JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

The Sales Analyst will report directly to the VP, Regional Sales. All Sales Analyst responsibilities will be assigned and managed by the VP, Regional Sales and Senior Director of Sales Operations.This person will be a key member on the team and will develop key insights in order to understand our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in the following areas across all of Remedys business lines:
    • Sales Lead Generation process
    • Sales contracting
    • Sales/Implementation transition
    • Salesforce configuration and compliance
      • Mass Data Manipulation
      • Report creation and distribution
      • Dashboard creation
    • Sales Guide (Google Document) maintenance and updates
  • Assist in the creation of Board meeting deliverables and in person prep sessions with executives
  • Prepare meeting materials (i.e. Presentations/1-Pagers)
  • Prepare meeting notes and meeting minutes
  • Assist the Sales Team with projects, commit to deadlines, provide quick turnaround, delegate and communicate effectively on a daily basis.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned
  • Understand role-specific responsibilities and applicable policies & procedures; complete all required training

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Interest in sales and operations management
  • Project Management experience required
  • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in healthcare
