Overview:

Natcom is a digital media company specializing in short-form video with large-scale production and distribution throughout its publisher/media partnerships in the Americas. Advertisers leverage our network to reach their target audience in an engaging, visible video format within an authentic, brand-safe environment.

We are seeking a very motivated, tech savvy sales professional to sell our digital video advertising solutions. The successful candidate is a “hunter” who thrives in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment. Aptitude for cold calling and lead generation is a must. Daily training and support will be provided.

  • The sky is the limit – Combination of base retainer and uncapped new business/renewal commissions. Three-month onboarding period with minimum guarantee.
  • Flexibility to work in an energetic office environment or to telecommute. You will be expected to perform with set minimum goals. Performance will be reviewed weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell our digital video advertising solutions with a consultative sales approach to businesses and professional service providers looking to generate awareness and leads throughout the Americas
  • Handle prospects from pitch to closing of the deal. Ongoing support from management will be provided
  • Travel to local clients to present solutions and provide proposals
  • Identify prospective advertisers using effective lead generation methodologies
  • Develop and maintain business relationships for upsells, renewals, and referrals
  • Make pitch presentations to decision-makers
  • Meet monthly sales goals
  • Submit weekly sales reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in sales with aptitude for cold calling and generating leads
  • Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Tenacious with ability to handle objections in a professional manner
  • Highly effective communications skills – oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with computers and tech savvy; proficiency with SalesForce a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and translate complicated industry terminology to average customer
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
