Parisella, Vincelli Associates Consulting Group (PVA) is made up of a dedicated and passionate group of professionals from a variety of professional disciplines. Our mandate is to improve our Client’s operational and financial performance through a wide variety of techniques including:  on-the-floor one-on-one coaching, development and installation of Management Operating Systems, enhanced work methods, streamlined business processes, etc. Our business mantra is three-fold: Targeted Performance; Measurable Results; and Sustainable Change. 

We are currently seeking an experienced "Cold Call Expert"  - Director of Business Development (DBD) to add to our existing team. As a DBD, your role and responsibilities will be to:

  • Secure introductory meetings with Presidential-level Executives at major North American corporations
  • Strategize and work in partnership with the Vice-President of Business Development (VPBD)
  • Manage the VPBD’s calendar
  • Update and maintain databases for your assigned territories
  • Conduct research on existing and new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience setting meetings at the Presidential level
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience booking Meetings in the Management Consulting industry
  • Expertize in prospecting, cold calling and qualifying leads
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Experienced with sales databases
  • Tenacious and able to overcome obstacles while establishing contacts with senior levels of our Client’s management team
  • Responsible, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Organized, manages time efficiently, and is known as a Team Player
