BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

We have an immediate opening for an Account Executive to develop relationships with our clients by helping them maximize the value of our solution. The primary indicators of a successful Relationship Manager are reference-ability, retention, and revenue growth. The Executive Relationship Manager takes a lead role in the planning, managing, and measuring the ongoing success of our installed client base. 

This is a Direct-hire, Onsite, Full-time position working from our office in Piscataway, N.J. and is dependent on candidate’s overall qualifications. Must be authorized to work in the USA.

 Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)  

  • Develops deep insight into respective customers and their business  

  • Develops a trusted advisor relationship with our customers, measured by revenue, retention and reference-ability 

  • Prepares and leads business reviews, closely aligning our activities with our customer’s business strategy.  

  • Proposes creative viable solutions to the customer sponsors such that critical success issues are addressed on a pro-active basis  

  • Articulates and formally presents ZKTECO’s product roadmap to our clients/partners. 

  • Serves as an advocate for ZKTECO in driving industry best practices and the evolution of ZKTECO’s products functionality integral to the client’s success 

  • Advises customers on industry trends and important market developments to help ZKTECO’s partners to OutSpace their competitive threats  

Monitors overall account health, proactively identifying growth opportunities. 

  • Consistently delivers required business results; sets and achieves achievable, yet aggressive goals; consistently complies with quality service, productivity standards and meets deadlines; maintains focus on company’s goals.  

Desired skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Account Management. Experience with Time Attendance & Workforce Management software, Time clocks, Payroll is preferred. 

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail 

  • Highly motivated and team oriented 

  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities 

  • Strong knowledge Office suite. 

  • Ability to travel (frequent client visits, primarily in USA) 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SaaS services 

  • Passion for digital and new technology
