LoanCraft, LLC is a business process outsourcing company that helps financial services companies.  Since 2003, our proprietary sales and processing solutions have helped our clients achieve great success in their sales growth and compliance structure.  We are currently hiring Inside Sales Professionals in our Troy Michigan office for 2 of our client companies.  If you want to maximize your income through self-motivation while enjoying a fast paced, technology driven environment, we want to talk with you!

The Inside Sales professional is responsible for the sales and education of financial products.  We seek candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds, who can gain knowledge of products, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while demonstrating a commitment to integrity.  We offer paid training and coaching and have a proven record of helping people from a wide variety of careers excel in this position.

These positions are full time with a base pay and monthly performance incentive based on individual sales.  The position includes medical and dental benefits, long term disability and life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve established sales goals
  • Engage with and build a relationship with warm leads over the phone, that we provide you.  There is absolutely no cold calling.
  • Follow a structured phone-based consultative sales process
  • Assess the collected information to develop customized proposals which highlight the benefits and features of the product
  • Present options to the consumer, consistent with the product guidelines, while providing education and insuring client comprehension of key product features.
  • Be involved during the various stages of the process from application through closing.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze and comprehend financial data
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences
  • Sold time management skills with emphasis on the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple time zones in the US
  • Strong proficiency in working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Education/Experience:

  • Some academic success at college level is required
  • Depending on the client, a Mortgage Loan Originator license may be required and because we invest in your success, we incur the cost of all licensing!
  • Proven sales experience recommended, however, we have successfully trained and coached customer service professionals who have an interest in pursuing a sales position.
  • Must be able to positively and enthusiastically engage with different types of people.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Our Inside Sales Professionals earn between $55,000 and $80,000 based on individual sales success.  Compensation is a combination of a base hourly pay and monthly commission.  We do offer overtime with overtime pay!
