The Senior Telecom Sales Executive sells a broad range of telecom business-focused services including comprehensive, VoIP/Hosted PBX, TDM & SIP voice, data, data center, cloud, business continuity, internet, and MPLS services over our own fiber and Ethernet network.

  • Sales hunters with proven success in Unified Communications, Managed Services, direct business to business and/or telecom
  • 2-3 years of proven results in outside sales and cold calling
  • Ability to prospect new leads, present and close new business
  • Experience working in a commission driven environment with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Ability to understand complex solutions and present to and influence business decision makers
  • Knowledge and ability to understand current and new technologies related to collocation, cloud computing, storage and virtualization
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for technology
  • Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills
  • Clean driving record


  • Aggressively prospect for new business and lead generation
  • Cold calling to target prospects to meet month appointment goals
  • Schedule a min of 4 appointments per week
  • Perform product demos
  • Minimum quota attainment of $3,500 Customer Billing Revenue (CBR) per month

  • 2+ years of college education


  • 2+ years B2B sales experience preferably in Managed Services|Saas|Technology
  • Effectively managed accountability quotas, monthly
  • Proven outside sales success in demand generation


  • Ability to set new prospect appointments
  • Hunting skills, prospecting, networking, lead generation
  • Strong oral and technical presentation skills to all audience levels
  • Effective funnel management
  • Ability to overcome objections close deals within 10-30 days
