We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing assistance and support to the Sales Team and Customers, ensuring all orders, quotes, leads, inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion, in compliance with policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer satisfaction.


  • Interface daily via telephone and email with Domestic and International Customers, Sales Team, Dealers and Distributors.
  • Provide same-day response on all routine inquiries, and immediate response on urgent matters.
  • Resolve issues and answer questions; work with various departments to ensure best possible customer satisfaction.
  • Process accurate telephone, email, fax and mailed customer purchase orders.
  • Review orders for: product description, product options, customer price, item availability, shipping instructions, special customer requirements, and end-user statements, as required.
  • Prepare and send Biodex quotations and Proforma invoices.
  • Enter new Sales Leads and perform all associated tasks in Salesforce, as required.
  • Maintain and update Dealer and Distributor information in Visual and Salesforce.
  • Provide literature and product information per customer requests, emailing electronic copies when possible, and pass information to the Sales Team as a possible sales lead.
  • Provide back-up coverage within the department, as assigned.


High school diploma required with some post high school education and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Customer Service/Sales Support professional in an office environment, with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced Sales Department. Must have excellent phone, written and communication skills. Proficient computer skills are required . Knowledge of international business and letters of credit strongly preferred. Experience in software a plus.
