Job Title: Sales Executive – Western Region

We are recruiting to hire a professional outside sales executive that has the skills, credentials, desire and discipline to produce and be rewarded for profitable sales growth.

Reports to:  Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Location: Based in Carrollton, TX

Territory: AK, AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY and western Canada

Primary Duties: Execute Minuteman’s sales strategies and goal-driven tactics to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly & yearly sales quotas. 

Lead and manage manufacturers’ representatives to produce year-over-year sales growth in the data/com, physical security, computer and electrical distribution channels

Leverage manufacturers’ representatives & channel partners as a force multiplier and engagement vehicle to discover & qualify sales opportunities, create a preference/demand for Minuteman power protection products, build, pursue, forecast and close a pipeline of high probability sales opportunities, plus support marketing campaigns & trade shows as needed.

Travel Requirements: 50% (two 1-week trips per month)

Office Work Days & Hours (When not traveling in assigned Region): M–F Generally 8AM–5PM – Minimum of 40-hours per week

Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift demonstration equipment (up to 50-pounds)

Compensation: Includes a base salary plus a pay-for-performance incentive plan that has the potential for a six-figure income that is uncapped.
