Software Sales Executive, Associations & Non-Profits

Computer System Innovations is looking for a Software Sales Executive that's driven, ambitious and optimistic about finding, qualifying and selling great, sustainable solutions to Associations, Non-Profits and Chapter-based organizations. You'll spearhead our growth by converting prospects into long-term customers by sharing our solutions to their problems. How you'll make an impact

  • Identify, connect, nurture and qualify prospects for CSI's software add-on products and professional services.
  • Increase activity and conversion rates through the entire pipeline with sales & marketing tactics.
  • Close new sales and renewal business that exceeds goals.
  • Recommend solutions to help our clients win, while boosting CSI revenue, profit, customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide winning solutions for our clients and prospects.
  • Liaison with other software providers through the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Fully leverage our CRM system to accurately track activities and report on results.
  • Assist VP of Operations in transforming our sales methodology.
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching.
  • Be a self-starter, help others, pitch in, contribute.

What you bring to the table

  • A big appetite to help our clients win with CSI's products and services. 
  • Demonstrated aptitude in a selling methodology (e.g. Sandler, Miller-Heiman, Challenger, etc.). You are not a feature preacher.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation practices with demonstrated prowess to leverage them to improve effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability and high motivation to put goals in your rear-view mirror and keep the pedal to the metal.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly through high emotional intelligence to extract opportunities, pain points and budget.
  • Software, technology or consulting sales or account management experience is plus...an A+ if in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ConnectWise, iMIS, Kentico are each a nice plus, but not required. CRM experience is required.
  • A genuine interest and passion for learning and using technology, so that passion is visible to the prospect.
