Pared is seeking a Sales Manager to be responsible for building out Pareds sales organization and accelerating company growth as we embark on making restaurant life easier. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales executives while driving monthly revenue targets through new business acquisition. Our fast-paced sales team has a positive attitude and drive to win. Responsibilities: Provide on the floor sales management and coaching to a team of Account Executives in our New York City office Serve as the senior member of the sales team tasked with establishing and delivering revenue targets, strategy and growth Define and refine a repeatable, predictable sales process and playbook to help Pared scale Coordinate, communicate, execute and manage a sales plan that meets and overachieves sales quotas Collaborate with key stakeholders on our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure continuity within our territory-based sales model Help develop and implement new outbound sales strategies and initiatives to provide market coverage across all territories and share best practices when it comes to inside sales and closing effectively Hold reps accountable for hitting daily/monthly activity and performance goalsUtilize key performance metrics for coaching, quality assurance, and performance management Bring structure and discipline to sales team initiatives through improved use of tools to support greater insight development, efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications: At least 4+ years of experience effectively developing, managing, and leading inside sales teams Consistent track record of success leading a team to exceed revenue goals A Salesforce expert; experience with Outreach a plus Able to lead a team and empower them to be and do their best each day Strong experience & demonstrated track record of driving revenue; performance and growth Able to cut through distraction and deliver on a deadline; able to empower a team to do the same Highly collaborative and, despite high-pressure situations with tight deadlines, able to work gracefully and productively with cross-functional teams from all backgrounds Able to operate effectively in a scaling, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA Preferred
