Enterprise Sales Professional

Cenergistic, LLC, a leading energy conservation company that uses technology and behavioral strategies to optimize clients’ existing energy-using systems, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to sell our best-in-class energy conservation program to CEOs and business executives of schools, universities, municipalities, and hospitals.

You must have prior success selling high-ticket conceptual services in a competitive and resistant market with a long sales cycle against an established technology vendor.

You excel at finding and closing new opportunities, have strong closing skills, excellent listening and consultative selling skills, and you are a creative problem solver who is adept at differentiating your solution to various constituents in a complex sale.

You are a proactive and skilled hunter who is adept at building value for the sale by becoming a trusted advisor. You must thrive on being the underdog and displacing the status quo with the right solution. You are an audacious and entrepreneurial sales professional who always does what it takes to reach your targets. You live inside your CRM and always have up-to-date information ready for management to review.

You must be a highly motivated self-starter, an over-achiever, and be willing to travel 80% of the week. You must be willing to be held accountable, be an efficient pipeline manager, and be both creative and strategic in developing and winning deals.

You must have prior earnings of at least $150,000 in a variable compensation plan. Experience with software and/or technology solutions sales to senior administrators and board members in the K-12 Schools, Higher Education and Municipal Government markets is preferred. No cap on earnings.
