Enterprise Sales Representative (Marketer) Position Description

Cenergistic is seeking a talented and competitive Enterprise Sales Representative who will serve as Regional Vice President-Sales in the aggressive expansion of our company. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is a full-time position with travel encompassing 60-80% of a typical weekly schedule. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and ten years of enterprise sales experience selling complex software and/or technology solutions to C-Level executives in for profit companies and administrators in the K-12 Schools, Higher Education and Municipal Government markets.

Your Objectives

Achieve annual sales goals as assigned by management

Develop new business within a specified territory and vertical market(s). Currently, the markets service are primarily K-12 and Higher Education but Cenergistic is also planning on targeting other verticals like Hospitals and Commercial Real Estate.

Your Duties

Proactively develop new and existing leads and prospects within your assigned territory or vertical market(s)

Recruit, develop and manage independent contractor “door openers” who facilitate introductions to prospects within your assigned territory or market(s).

Demonstrate audacity, entrepreneurialism and strategic creativity in developing and winning deals in the assigned territory.

Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports and responsiveness to inquiries.

Your Compensation

Annual base salary: $144,000


A. 50% of commission is paid upon contract signing

B. Additional 50% of commission is paid upon successful completion of client’s first performance year
