Regional VP of Sales - Supply Chain Software - 27056225

Our client helps a majority of the Gartner Supply Chain Top 25, fifty of the Fortune 500, plus numerous other large corporations, top consulting firms, and prominent Government agencies worldwide to model, optimize, and simulate their supply chain operations.  They offer the most complete platform in support of supply chain design and predictive analytics available in the market today.  Our software and services lead to major improvements in cost, service, sustainability, and risk mitigation.

They offer a stimulating small company atmosphere where your efforts will have a significant impact on global logistics and our company’s success.  Candidates may work remotely with occasional visits to the corporate HQ in the Midwest. Must be permanently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.  

Position Summary:

As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to use your entrepreneurial spirit and expertise to lead a world class sales team to drive large account software license sales with our global-leading supply chain design technology suite.  You’ll lead the sales efforts in the CPG, Retail and Pharmaceutical Verticals and be responsible for driving significant revenue growth through your leadership efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of 7-10 Account Executives located throughout North America
  • Forecast and drive quarterly business results
  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing, world-class sales team
  • Represent your team and our client at key industry events
  • Get exposed to a wide range of technologies and problems
  • Provide a real contribution to solving global commercial and humanitarian logistics problems
  • Work with the world’s largest commercial supply chains


Experience:

  • 8-12 years of sales leadership in supply chain software industry
  • Sales leadership and Supply chain industry experience highly desired
  • Success in attaining and exceeding team quotas up to $20 million annually
  • Leadership Success with companies such as Oracle, Infor, SAP, JDA, Logility or other SCM/ERP software companies
  • Strong track record driving successful results in a high-growth environment
  • Ability to lead “from the front” critical
  • Experience utilizing top tier sales methodology and proficient in use of Salesforce.com


Base Salary:  $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 (DOE) + Full Expenses + Great Benefits

Total Compensation:  $360,000.00 - $370,000.00, No Cap + Great Accelerators

Locations: Virtual (Any Major City in the USA)

Positions: (1)

Travel: 60%
